How many times a day do you say either to yourselves or aloud 'why can't so and so change and be more loving and co-operative' instead of sending out a silent blessing and pouring out love. When you can do this in your immediate surrounding then you will be able to go further afield and take the country on your heart and pour out blessings upon it, then other countries and your so-called enemies, until you are able to take the whole world on your heart and bless, bless, bless until there is no room in you to criticise and be intolerant.
