We received a package the other day from an old friend.
It was covered with brown wrapping paper and tied in layers of heavily knotted twine. There were so many knots!
“This is certainly a secure package,” my wife laughed.
Our minds are like that.
We’ve wrapped our mind and heart in layers of conditioning. We’ve tied our awareness into knots of self-protection.
