She glows as she walks tall

across the room
light as a feather
but solid
rooted
connected
like a forest full of old redwood trees

Never was a person more at home in their skin

Her presence is the warmest hug
a deep and comforting pleasure
to all those she meets

It doesn’t matter what she says
or how loudly she laughs
there is peace in her bones
and she welcomes you in

You can see the dreams in her eyes
the stars of her soul
feel the way her heart navigates it all
as she looks right into yours

Exhale, here, you are at home

Inhale, here, you take a pause

Is it really her who glows?
or is she you?
reflected
projected
the embodiment of all that lives within
shining out

Here’s the truth
She
Is you.
