Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” has been one of my favorites for years.
It’s a tough song to beat—and most covers of it do little to rival the original version.
Which is why I was astounded to hear Khalid’s cover of it.
The American singer-songwriter is only 21 years old and is bursting with talent.
If you haven’t heard this cover yet, prepare to have it on repeat for the next few days:
