At the End of Life: What 100-Year-Olds Say they Regret the Most.

For most (all?) of us, this pandemic has been a jab in the ribs, roughly reminding us of our mortality.

Which can be frightening and jarring, but also leads us to wonder to ourselves whether we’re living the life we want.
One of the best ways to determine that is to imagine ourselves at the end of our lives—to realize what we would be most grateful for, what we would regret.
Or, we can look to those who are already nearing the end and take their wisdom as a reminder of what’s most important.
