SOME TIME, EVEN FIVE MINUTES LIKE THIS, IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN NO TIME.
When we achieve a relaxed physical state, we can then relax our minds, and a
relaxed mind is the ground from which clarity springs. For some part of the
day, find silence. Turn off the TV, unplug from the phone and Internet, find
a comfortable place to sit, and simply relax and breathe.
