Pray without ceasing - not in many words
and murmurings, for prayer is simply surrendering yourselves to Me, of
coming to Me for the sheer joy of being in communion with Me, or raising
your hearts and minds in deep, deep thanksgiving for everything, for all
My good and perfect gifts which you know are yours when you are ready and
open to receive them. My Grace is sufficient for you. A heart filled with
joy and gratitude is all that is needed. Count your blessings all the
time and as you do so you will find there is no time and no room for one
single negative or dark thought, all will be positive, loving and
constructive and where you go, you will bring light and love and banish
all darkness. For where there is light there can be no darkness, for
darkness cannot withstand the light. Take even a tiny light into a
darkened room and the darkness disappears
