It’s Time to F*cking Love Yourself.

Starting right now, I want you to love yourself.

No, I really want you to love yourself. You are going to love the f*ck out of yourself. Right here, right now, this minute, from here on out. It’s time.

If you are in a toxic relationship, its time to leave. You have been thinking of this for some time. Perhaps you have been lied to. Or guilt-tripped. Or gaslit. Maybe they aren’t pulling their weight. They have cheated. Or perhaps the relationship is codependent. You are on a constant rollercoaster of drama, arguments, blame, and finger pointing that goes on for hours, sometimes days.

You are exhausted. You feel depleted. They don’t want to do the work, and you’re avoiding yours by staying with them. You spend more time crying and arguing than you do loving. You have tried. They aren’t going to change because change that isn’t chosen never lasts.

Yes, it is going to hurt. Yes, you will miss them. And yes there’s that nagging fear of being alone. But you know what needs to be done. You know this person isn’t right for you. You are settling because you’re afraid there isn’t someone better. But there is. It’s time to make space for them. Life is too short for sh*t relationships. It’s time to love you.

I want you to stop begging for everyone’s approval, especially from those who aren’t worth your time. I want you to stop people pleasing. It’s time to set some f*cking boundaries.

I want you to take out your phone, and block and delete those who have mistreated you, those who have abused you, those who made you feel like you were anything less than. That unfortunate ex, that situationship that is going nowhere, that narcissistic family member, that friend who drains you. You are no longer going to allow them access to your sweet, loving energy.

I want you to look in the mirror for the very first time and see true beauty. I want you to see that spark still left in your eyes, the radiance of your smile, the softness of your curves. I want you to breathe and feel into how luscious and alive you truly are.

I want you to be best friends with your body. I want you to nourish and treat it as the temple it truly is. I want you to apologize for the times you’ve abused it, and told it hateful things, and mistreated it. And for God’s sake, I want you to rest. Tonight, I want you to go to bed at a decent hour. I want you to move your body in ways that make you feel exhilarated and alive. And please, I want you to drink your water. Go get a glass, right now.

I want you to only wear that which makes you feel beautiful. I want you to taste sweet freedom and joyous abundance. I want you to take long baths and eat chocolate and sip red wine without apology. I want you to bless your space with things you love.

I want you to feel the succulent juiciness of your pleasure, claiming it as all yours to receive. I want you to smile at the world as it smiles back to you. I want you to receive all this and more, for happiness is your birthright. I want you to book that dream trip, I want you to write that book, I want you to sing your soul’s true song. It’s out there, just waiting.

I want you to forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made. Every poor decision, every stumble, each fall, all of it. All those bad relationships were simple reminders of the unhealed parts of yourself. It’s time to heal.

I want you to honor your triggers and your shadows for the divine messengers they are. I want you to stop shaming yourself for being human. You did the best you could with what you knew.

I want you to stop believing you’re broken and defective. I want you to stop thinking you’re damaged. I want you to break the curses someone else’s words or thoughts or energies cast on you. No one is allowed to mistreat you anymore. This includes you. It stops now.

I want you to reach deep down inside yourself and love that scared inner child. I want you to promise you’ll keep them safe and never leave or abandon them. I want you to see how brave you are, how sensitive and loving you are, how genuine and empathetic you are. I want you to see the light that shines within you.

I want you to let go of what you’ve been clinging to for so long. You’re breaking your own heart. I want you to place your hand on your beating chest and feel. Lean into your emotions and feel where they have been stored in your body.

I want you to feel the sadness, the grief, the disappointment, and yes the anger. I want you to open your heart and release your emotional wounds from their cage. I want you to let it all go, feel it all. Cry. Please. It’s safe to feel. What’s beautiful is after these storms have cleared, you’ll feel joy again. You’ll feel happiness again. You’ll no longer feel numb or disconnected. You’ll feel truly, blissfully alive if you just release all this sh*t.

I want you to light that spark of intuition inside of you. Listen to and feed that fire, that inner voice, until it grows so powerful you’ll never question who you are again. I want you to fully trust yourself, and never let anyone define who you are or what is best for you.

I want you to only surround yourself with those who build you up. I want you to love yourself. Fully. Without exception. Without condition. Without apology. I want you to love the f*ck out of yourself.

Do it today. Do it now.
