In my own presence
In my own embrace
In the space where I am,
Inhabiting my space
Fully
With all of me,
Presence
Connection
Existing just as I am
Here
Now
With all of me,
Doing what feels right and connecting with me,
Feeling my heart
And my body
And my breath
And the space where I am,
The sensations that move through me,
What’s arising and flowing within me,
The quietness, the lightness, that exists deep within me,
It feels so nice to be here, where I am, with me,
Connecting
Breathing
Being here with myself
Being present with myself and where I am,
It feels so nice to be in my space
In the space where I am
In my own space
Here
Now
In this moment
In this breath,
Feeling soft
Present
Connected,
Being with myself
With my heart
With my breath
In the space where I am.
