Vulnerability is not weakness. It’s true strength—if it’s genuine, not mere emotionalism.
Usually when something difficult, awful, scary, cold, selfish, cruel, happens in our life our ego says,
“Push it away. Ignore it. Be quiet about it. Get away from it. Cling to pleasure.”
