osteoporosis than nongardeners. Mindful gardening . . . what a treat! Keeping
our awareness on what we are doing in each moment. Smelling and feeling the
soil, the flowers, the water. Being one with the plants. Feeling a part of
the earth. Being aware of the muscles we are using when we dig into the
earth. The joy of cutting a stem from the bush and bringing it in the house
to enjoy the flower. The joy of planting a seed...
