As a well-spent day brings happy sleep, so life well used brings happy
death. -Leonardo da Vinci What a gift is sleep, to rest. The psalmist said,
"Be still and know that I am God." Part of my Say Yes to Your
Spirit is rest. I need to sleep and let the busy world go by. When I was
actively alcoholic I seemed to be always rushing around with never enough
time.And I missed so much. Today I go to bed early. Bliss can be a glass of
milk and a good book.Then sleep. And in my dreams I get to dance...
