The Sacred Bloom. {Poem}

The last peonies of spring dance with the wind.

One leans toward another
not from longing
but from recognition.

For she has learned that solitude is not emptiness
It is wholeness.

Once you’ve tasted your own wholeness
You stop mistaking attention for connection.

And after finding her own roots
her own light
her own sacred bloom
She will settle for nothing less than
a meeting of the mind
body and spirit.

Nothing less than authenticity.
Nothing less than transparency.
Nothing less than integrity.

Like Shams and Rumi
Some souls do not seek completion.
They seek recognition.
A remembering.
A truth so clear it feels like coming home.

Until then
The bloom is enough.
