Sometimes, almost without realizing it, we can lose touch with ourselves. We spend years tending the fire for everyone else: helping, holding things together, making sure the people we care about are okay. And somewhere in all that giving, we can drift away from our own soul-sourced sovereign wholeness — pushing aside our needs, desires, and dreams.
But your wondrous beautiful feminine force does not vanish. It speaks to you in creative inspiration, the impulse to stand up for your values and beliefs, or the restless desire to uncover your true self. It holds the memory of what once brought you alive — who you were before you learned to be pleasing, useful, or small.
The return often starts quietly. A walk alone. A song that makes you smile. Saying no where you once would have abandoned yourself. Choosing more of what you love. Each small act becomes a breadcrumb on the path leading you home. And with time, we dismantle the internalized conditioning with its false, constricting standards and embody our full authenticity, where we can feast on the vast richness of life.
