Always look for the positive and the very best in every situation and in everyone. The greater the negativity, the more super-positive you have to be. You are here to uplift, never to drag down nor become part of the negativity, so watch yourselves and never allow yourselves to be drawn into it. It can be done so subtly and unwittingly, but this is where you have to keep on your toes. Be ever alert, look for and see that silver lining to every dark cloud.
Hold your head on high; let there be a spring in your step, love in your heart, a word of cheer and encouragement on your lips. You do the lifting and never wait for the others to lift you. Keep very close to the Divine. Keep in constant communion with the Divine. It matters not what you are doing or where you are, there is the Divine in the very midst of you.
