Be not affected by outer conditions and circumstances, be not swayed by the moods or state of mind of those around you. Be not like a piece of mercury, up one moment and down the next, dependent entirely upon what is going on around you.
Find your own centre deep within you. Know the I AM, the centre of your very being and nothing and no-one can affect it, ruffle it or destroy it in any way. Your foundations must be rock-like and unshakable at this time and each individual must find that depth and stability within themselves. No-one can find it for you.
