daily basis but don't always know it. Today I want to know it. More
importantly I want to live it. Spirituality involves the physical. Earthly
and physical pleasures are divine, and they should be appreciated. For too
long we were told that spirituality involved escaping from the body,moving
away from the Earth to experience heaven. But heaven is here...
