Every moment spent in that peace and stillness builds and strengthens you so you can take the knocks of the world without being crushed by them. You can see them as character building. You realise your need for Me, that without Me you are nothing but with Me you can do all things and can face anything in life without flinching. With that inner joy in your heart the whole world looks completely different. You realise that everything you have is a gift from Me, you recognise My hand in everything and your heart sings a song of constant thanksgiving.
