There is always
something to be joyous about if you keep your eyes and your heart wide
open so that you can really enjoy all the little joys around you. These
quickly grow until all becomes joy and your heart feels that it will
burst with pure joy. You will find that it is catching. When you radiate
joy, you bring it into the lives of others and it spreads like wildfire.
The spirit you take with you is important. When you go out of the door
bubbling with joy and happiness, you take that spirit to all those you
contact whether they are in the street, in a shop or sitting beside you.
You can lift others into that realm of joy or drag them in the gutter of
depression and despair. It is up to you.
What does it matter what the weather is like? Overcome all obstacles;
refuse to see the dark and gloomy. See only the light; see the silver
lining no matter how dark the cloud may be. Look up, look up.
