What a glorious world you are living in, what a wonderful life you have been blessed with. Are you aware of this at all times? Do you give constant thanks? Or do you go around moaning and grumbling and complaining about all the little things which can annoy and irritate if you allow them to, and drag you down at great speed if you let them. When you allow this to happen all joy flies out of the window and even though the sun may be shining brightly and the birds singing their glorious songs of praise, the perfume of the roses may be there right under your nose, and beauty is all around you, you will be unable to be aware of all this because of your inner state of being and life will seem to have a pall of grey mist all around. Rise up out of those mists, change your thinking and you will change your out-look and the whole scene before you will clear and you will once again behold things as they really are, and everything once again will begin to shine and sparkle and reflect that light and love which is within you.
