The world does not seem to have heard what the Dalai Lama has said; war and aggression seem to be all over the place. But maybe not. It often appears as if the world is in a state of chaos because the news media responds instantly and endlessly, and bad news sells. However, I believe that the world is less violent, less aggressive, and less hostile than in the past. More people are choosing diplomacy over war, and democracy is growing in many parts of the world. Women are more liberated. Overt prejudice is outlawed. Cultural respect is growing. The world is becoming a better place to live for more and more people. Is there more to do? Absolutely! That is the message of Say Yes to Your Spirit.

Today I envision a world moving toward peace.
